Jamie Young, CFI-II CBO-1 CFI CCFI-C

Currently employed as a Deputy Fire Marshal with the Nova Scotia Office of the Fire Marshal. Jamie has been in this role for 5 years now.  Previous to that Jamie was employed with the Cape Breton Regional Fire Services as a Fire Inspector and a Building Official.  He has also served as a firefighter with the volunteer fire service and held various ranks up to Deputy Chief. 

Jamie has been involved with the Fire Services both career and volunteer since 1994.  He hold certifications in Fire Inspection and Fire Investigator (NFPA 1033 and CCFI-c).  Jamie is also a certified building official.  Previously served with the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves.
